| Abstract: | Delicacy Management is of great significance to the improvement of doctor-patient relationship,and to the creation of a harmonious working environment.The paper expounds the implementation of delicacy management from the aspects of improvement of rules and regulations,intensifying the management conception,and strengthening the management of details with the aims of upgrading medical service,improving service quality,enhancing service capacity. |
