| 摘 要： | 目的：了解医院科研现状及存在的问题，并提出建议。方法：对医院2011—2015年科研项目、奖项、论文、专利等科研指标做了回顾性统计分析。结果：近年来全院科研项目中标率明显提高，论文数量及质量逐年上升，但科研成果数量及级别无明显增长，发明专利较少、科研平台薄弱、科研力量不足。结论：应加强科研平台建设，重视人才培养，加强院内外的交流合作，临床与科研协同发展，重视科研奖项的培育及申报，完善科研相关制度。
