| 摘 要： | 目的：通过增强对中医医疗规范与安全重视，提升病历书写质量，提高理法方药使用一致的出院患者比例。方法：引入PDCA循环，从计划（Plan）、实施（Do）、检测（Check）、处理（Action）四个阶段提高医生中医理论与临床相结合水平。结果：理法方药使用一致的出院患者比例明显上升（P＜0.01）。结论：PDCA循环管理模式在提高理法方药使用一致的出院患者比例方面取得了明显成效。
