基于综合评价体系的农村卫生适宜技术筛选研究：以河南省为例

目的:筛选适合于在河南省推广应用的农村卫生适宜技术,建立可持续性卫生技术筛选体系和方法。方法:采用现场评分的方法,利用综合评价体系对卫生部"十年百项计划"第5~7批卫生适宜技术进行评价筛选。结果:参加评分的233名专家性别年龄比、学历、职称和从医年限等指标均基本与全国水平一致或高于全国水平;27项卫生适宜技术按照不同的专业领域进行评分,评分结果合理,与当地卫生需求一致,根据评分值进行排序,可确定进一步推广应用的具体卫生技术。结论 :河南省长葛市和新密市卫生机构人员构成合理,水平较高,有利于卫生适宜技术的进一步推广。筛选出的卫生适宜技术与当地卫生需求一致,评分分布合理,可为进一步推广应用提供理论依据。

The study in the evaluation and selection for the rural proper health technologies based on comprehensive evaluation system in Henan Province

Objective: To evaluate and select the rural proper health technologies for Henan Province,and establish the continual evaluation indicators and methods for health technology.Method: The field marking was conducted by the comprehensive evaluation system to evaluate and select the fifth to the seventh group proper health technology in"One Hundred Plan in Ten Years"of Ministry of Public Health.Results: The indications of age,academic qualifications,technical post and length of service of the medical personnel participating in the study are consistent or higher than the level of country.The results of evaluation for the 27 proper health technologies are reasonable and in accordance with the health demand in the field.Conclusion: It’s considered that the results are convinced and the theoretical foundation can be laid for applying the rural proper health technologies in Henan Province.
