| 摘 要： | 目的评价珍黄胶囊治疗食管癌的抗癌增效作用和毒性。方法1996年8月至1999年4月，64例病理确诊的食管癌病人随机分为二组研究组(放疗+珍黄胶囊)；对照组(单纯放疗)，两组病人采用同样放疗方法和剂量。结果在放疗至40GY时，研究组和对照组的抗肿瘤有效率分别为46.9(15/32)和20%(6/30)(P<0.05)。放疗结束后一个月，研究组病人的完全缓解率37.5%(12/32)，高于对照组20%(6/30)(P<0.05)。结论珍黄胶囊配合外照射可提高食管癌治疗的近期疗效。

of radiotherapy combined with Zhen Hu ang on esophageal carcinoma |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the anti-cancer effect an d toxicity of Zhen Huang in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma.Methods From August 1996 to April 1999,64 cases of pathologically proven esophag eal carcinoma were randomized into study group and control group,under the identical dosage and method of radiation.For the study g roup,patients were treated with radiotherapy combined Zhen Huang while patients in the control group received radiotherapy only.Results At 40Gy of RT,the response rate was 46.9%(15/32)in the study group and 20%(6/30) in the control group (P<0.05).The complete response ra te at l month after radiation was 37.5%(12/32) in the study group and 20%(6/30)i n the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Radiation combined wit h Zhen Huang may im prove the immediate response rates in the treatment of esophageal carcinoma. |
