真菌植物提取物AMH抑制苯并[a]芘诱发小鼠肿瘤作用

摘    要:背景与目的:研究具有抗突变作用的真菌植物提取物AMH是否具有抑制化学致癌物苯并a]芘(Ba]P)的致癌作用。材料与方法:采用Ba]P诱发小鼠肿瘤试验。ICR小鼠随机分为AMH(AntimutagenicHerb)预防组、Ba]P对照组和阴性对照组,共三组,预防组经水饮用AMH,1周后腹腔注射Ba]P100mg/kg,对照同时等量腹腔注射B(a)P,阴性对照组腹腔注射等体积玉米油,其后观察小鼠肿瘤发生情况。结果:腹腔注射Ba]P能诱发小鼠产生肝癌、胃癌、膀胱癌、腹壁肌肉瘤、肺腺瘤等各种实体瘤。真菌植物提取物AMH(AntimutagenicHerb)能显著性抑制苯并a]芘对小鼠的诱发肿瘤作用。实验期间,AMH预防组14只雄性小鼠未发现肿瘤;而苯并a]芘对照组14只雄性小鼠中11只出现实体瘤、3只出现血性腹水;AMH对苯并a]芘诱发雄性小鼠肿瘤发生的抑制率达100%。AMH预防组雌性小鼠肺腺瘤发生率为71.43%,平均每只小鼠的荷瘤数为2.14个;苯并a]芘对照组肺腺瘤发生率为92.86%,平均每只小鼠的荷瘤数为7.43个;两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:真菌植物提取物AMH能有效抑制强致癌物苯并a]芘诱发小鼠肿瘤作用。

Abstract:BACKGROUND & AIM: To investigate if the antimutagenic fungi extract AMH could inhibit the occurrence of tumors induced by chemical carcinogen Benzo(a)pyrene (BaP). MATERIAL AND METHODS: Tumor-inducing test in mice was camed out with BaP. RESULTS: BaP could induce liver cancer, stomach cancer, bowel cancer, abdomen muscular cancer and lung adenoma,etc in mice. AMH could significantly inhibit the occurrence of cancers induced by BaP. The highest inhibitory ratio was 100% in the male mice. The incidence of lung adenoma and the average tumor number in AMH prevention group in female mice were significantly lower than those in the BaP control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: AMH could significantly inhibit the incidence of cancers induced by BaP.
