| 摘 要： | 近年来研究表明表观遗传学异常是白血病发病机制中的重要组成部分.许多白血病都伴随表观遗传学的异常变化.白血病的DNA去甲基化治疗和组蛋白去乙酰化抑制剂治疗是建立在表观修饰的基础上不同于传统化疗的新方法 ,目前已开始应用于几种白血病的治疗.现就DNA甲基化和组蛋白修饰在白血病的发生、发展、治疗和预后等方面的最新进展作简要介绍.

| Abstract: | Recent studies indicated that epigenetic abnormality is the important molecular mechanism in leukemia. The change of epigenetic modification occurs in most kinds of leukaemia. Based on the epigenetic modification, the therapies of leukemia with hypomethylating agents and histone deaeetylases inhibitors, which are different from traditional chemotherapy are applied in the treatment of leukemia at beginning. The aim of this article is to summarize the recent advances of DNA methylation and histone modification in leukaemia occurrence, treatment and prognosis. |
