PINK1在黏液性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中表达的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨线粒体蛋白PINK1在黏液性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达规律及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测58例黏液性上皮性卵巢肿瘤及15例正常卵巢石蜡标本中PINK1的表达情况,并分析其表达与分期、分化程度及淋巴结转移的相关性。结果:在恶性及交界性黏液性上皮性卵巢肿瘤中,PINK1的阳性表达率分别为96.43%,62.5%,有统计学差异。且均明显高于良性黏液性上皮性卵巢肿瘤组(14.29%)和正常卵巢组(13.33%)。采用Kruskal—Wallis H Test比较四组间PINK1表达强度,P〈0.0001,提示差异具有统计学意义。PINK1的表达强度在不同分期、不同分化程度及不同淋巴结转移情况的各组之间比较,差异均无统计学意义,P值分别为0.243、0.483、0.144。结论:PINK1与恶性黏液性上皮性卵巢肿瘤的发生相关,与分期、分化及淋巴结转移等临床病理参数无关。

Abstract:Objective :To investigate the expression of PINK1 in ovarian mucinous tumors and the relationships between PINK1 and the clinical pathological parameters in malignant ovarian mucinous tumors. Methods: SP method was used to detect the positive expression rates of PINK1 in 58 cases of ovarian mucious tumors and 15 cases of normal ovarian tissues, arid the relationship between the expression of PINK1 arid the clinical pathological parameters( FIGO stages, histological grades, lymphatic metastasis ) in malignant ovarian mucinous tumors was analyzed. Results : The positive rates of PINK1 in malignant and borderline mucious tumors were 96.43% ,62.5% ,there was statistical significance between them,and both of them were evidently higher than those in benign tumors (14.29%) and normal tissues (13.33 % ) , Kruskal - Wallis H Test demonstrated the statistical significant difference in the four groups (P 〈 0. 0001). There was no statistical difference between the expression of PINK 1 arid the clinical pathological parameters ( FIGO stages, histological grades, lymphatic metastasis ) in malignant ovarian lnueinous tumors,P values were 0. 243,0. 483,0.144. Conclusion:PINK1 participates in the procedure of malignant transformation of benign mucious ovarian tumors, and the expression of PINK1 has no correlation with FIGO stage, differentiation arid lymphatic metastasis of malignant ovarian mucinous tumors.
