肺癌放疗后继发肺部感染患者呼吸功能与炎性状态的变化观察

目的 观察肺癌放疗后继发肺部感染患者呼吸功能与炎性状态的变化情况.方法 选取65例肺癌放疗后继发肺部感染患者为A组,同时期65例肺癌放疗后无肺部感染患者为B组,65名健康人员为C组,然后将3组人员及A组中不同肺部感染程度患者的肺功能指标、呼吸指标及血清炎性指标进行比较.结果 A组的肺功能指标及呼吸指标均差于B组及C组,B组则差于C组;A组的血清炎性指标均高于B组及C组,B组则高于C组.A组中不同肺部感染程度患者的肺功能、呼吸功能及血清炎性指标也存在明显差异,P均＜0.05.结论 肺癌放疗后继发肺部感染患者呼吸功能与炎性状态的变化较大,应加强监测及防控.

Observation of the Change of Respiratory Function and Inflammatory State of Lung Cancer Patients with Secondary Pulmonary Infection after Radiotherapy

Objective To observe the change state of respiratory function and inflammatory state of patients with secondary pulmonary infection after radiotherapy of lung cancer.Methods 65 patients with secondary pulmonary infection after radiotherapy of lung cancer were as the group A,65 patients without pulmonary infection after radiotherapy of lung cancer were selected as the group B,65 healthy personnel were selected as the group C,then the lung function indexes,respiratory function indexes and serum inflammatory indexes of the 3 groups were compared,and the satisfaction results of the 3 groups with different degree of pulmonary infection were compared.Results The lung function indexes and respiratory function indexes of group A were worse than those of group B and group C,the results of group B were worse than those of group C,the serum inflammatory indexes of group A were higher than those of group B and group C,the results of group B were higher than those of group C,the satisfaction results of group A with different degree of pulmonary infection all had obvious differences,all P ＜ 0.05,the differences were significant.Conclusion The change of respiratory function and inflammatory state of patients with secondary pulmonary infection after radiotherapy of lung cancer are greater,so monitoring and improvement of those indexes should be strengthened.
