Risk Factors of Radioactive Pneumonia in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer and Serum SCD163 on Its Early Diagnosis Value

Objective To investigate the risk factors of radioactive pneumonia in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and serum SCD163 on its early diagnosis value.Methods 130 patients with NSCLC receiving radiotherapy were selected,and the patients were divided into RP(n=38)and non-RP group(n=92),the risk factors of radioactive pneumonia in NSCLC were analyzed,and serum SCD163 levels of the 2 groups were compared.Serum SCD163 was evaluated by the subject working characteristic curve(ROC).The diagnostic value of RP was evaluated.Results The results of univariate analysis showed that the general type of tumor,tumor location,GTV,whole lung V5,AVS5,whole lung V20,AVS20,MLD were related to the occurrence of RP after radiotherapy in NSCLC patients(P<0.05);Multivariate analysis showed that tumor location,V5 and AVS5 were all risk factors for RP after radiotherapy in NSCLC patients(P<0.05).The serum soluble sCD163level in the RP group was significantly higher than that in the non-RP group(P<0.05).ROC analysis results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of serum sCD163 to diagnose RP after radiotherapy in NSCLC patients was 0.852(95%CI:0.763~0.940),the sensitivity was 80.49%,and the specificity was 63.41%(P<0.001).Conclusion NSCLC patients have higher RP after radiotherapy,resulting in risk factors that occur in RP include tumor parts,V5,AVS5.At the same time,serum SCD163 has a high diagnostic value of RP after radiotherapy in NSCLC.
