| 摘 要： | 胰岛素样生长因子-1（insulin-like growth factor-1,IGF-1）是乳腺中最重要的有效促分裂原。IGF-1与相关受体IGF-1R结合会触发信号传导级联反应，从而导致增殖和抗凋亡事件的发生。越来越多的证据表明，IGF-1位于乳腺癌细胞增殖主要信号通路的汇合点，IGF-1系统在乳腺癌的发生发展和转移中起着重要的作用，但是许多相关的分子途径和细胞内级联反应仍尚待阐明。本篇概述和简明更新了IGF-1的功能、调节、基因多态性及其信号通路与乳腺癌的相关性。

| Abstract: | Insulin like growth factor-1(IGF-1) is the most important mitogen in the breast.The binding of IGF-1 with its related receptor IGF-1R triggers a signal transduction cascade,which leads to proliferation and anti-poptosis events.More and more evidences show that IGF-1 system plays important roles in the occurrence,development and metastasis of breast cancer.IGF-1 lies at the confluence of the main signaling pathways involved in the proliferation of breast cancer cells.However,many related molecular pathways and intracellular cascade reactions still need to be clarified.The functions and regulation of IGF-1 and its signaling pathway in breast cancer are summarized and updatedin this review. |
