YAP在黑素瘤和痣细胞痣中的表达及意义

目的:研究YAP在皮肤黑素瘤及痣细胞痣中的表达变化情况。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测20例正常皮肤组织、28例痣细胞痣和32例黑素瘤皮损中YAP的表达。结果:在正常皮肤组织中，YAP弱表达于表皮基底层，在表皮全层所占阳性率为25.00%。在痣细胞痣中，YAP表达于靠近表皮的部分痣细胞中，阳性率为32.14%。在黑素瘤中，可见YAP高表达于几乎所有的瘤细胞中，阳性率为93.75%。YAP在黑素瘤中的表达显著高于正常皮肤组织和痣细胞痣(P＜0.001)。而在痣细胞痣中的表达与正常皮肤组织无显著差异(P＞0.05)。结论:YAP可能参与黑素瘤和痣细胞痣的发生和发展。

The expression and significance of YAP in melanoma and nevocytic nevus

Objective:To investigate the expression of YAP in skin melanoma and nevocytic nevus.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was carried out to examine the expression of YAP in tissue specimens from the lesions of 28 patients with nevocytic nevus and 32 patients with melanoma,as well as from the skin of 20 normal human controls.Results:In normal skin tissues,YAP was weakly expressed in the basal layer of the epidermis,and the positive rate was 25.00% in the whole epidermis.In nevocytic nevus,YAP was expressed in some of the nevus cells near the epidermis and the positive rate was 32.14%.In melanoma,YAP was highly expressed in almost all tumor cells and in the whole epidermis the positive rate was 93.75%.The expression of YAP in melanoma was significantly higher than that of normal skin and nevocytic nevus (P＜0.001).While in nevocytic nevus it had no significant difference with normal skin tissues (P＞0.05).Conclusion:YAP may be involved in the occurrence and development of melanoma and nevocytic nevus.
