摘    要:临床常见的妇科三大恶性肿瘤宫颈癌、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌,其发生机制与多种癌基因的激活、抑癌基因的失活以及外源刺激因素等有关,其中一个很重要的因素是抑癌基因的失活。RIZ1基因为近几年新发现的肿瘤抑制基因,属于核组蛋白甲基转移酶超家族。RIZ1基因表达沉默存在于人类多种肿瘤细胞中。大量研究证实:DNA启动子甲基化是导致RIZ1基因表达沉默的主要原因,去甲基化可以使RIZ1重新表达,进而抑制肿瘤细胞的生长促进其凋亡。

Abstract:The most common gynecologic malignancies are cervical cancer,endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer.The mechanisms are associated with activation of various oncogenes,inactivation of tumor suppressor genes,exogenous stimulating factors and so on.While the important factor is the inactivation of tumor suppressor gene.RIZ1 is a newly discovered tumor suppressor genes in recent years which belongs to the nuclear histone methyltransferase superfamily.RIZ1 gene Silencing exists in a variety of human tumor cells.Many studies have shown that the DNA promoter methylation is the main reason,and demethylation can make RIZ1 re-expression,thereby inhibiting tumor cell growth and promoting apoptosis.
