后程加速超分割放射治疗食管癌的研究

摘    要:目的 :评价后程加速超分割放射治疗对食管癌的疗效。方法 :1996年 1月~ 1997年 12月 ,60例食管癌患者随机分为 2组 :常规分割放疗组 30例 ,每天 2Gy ,每周 5次 ,总剂量 64Gy ;后程加速超分割放疗组 30例 ,常规分割放疗 4 0Gy后改为每天 2次 ,每次 1.5Gy ,2次间隔 6h ,总剂量 64Gy。结果 :1、2、3年生存率及局控率后程加速超分割组明显高于常规分割组 ,分别为 83%、53%、4 6%及 4 6.6%、2 6.6%、2 0 % ;73%、56%、53%及 36.6%、30 %、2 6%。结论 :本研究结果显示后程加速超分割放疗疗效优于常规分割放疗。

Abstract:Objctive To evaluate the effect of late course accelerated hyperfraction radiation on esophageal carcinoma. Methods From Jan.1996 to Dec.1997,60 patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups:late course accelerated hyperfraction radiation groups(LFR)(30 patients)and conventional fraction radiation groups(CFR) (30 patients).Patients in CFR received 2 Gy per fraction,5 fractions per week with the total doses 64 Gy;Patients in LFR received 1.5 Gy per fraction and two fractions per day with 6 hours interval and the total doses 64 Gy after 40 Gy of conventional fraction Results 1,2,3 survival and local control rates in LFR group were significantly better than that in CFR group ( P <0.05),being respectivly 83%,53%,46% vs 46.6%,26.6%,20%;73%,56%,53% vs 36.6%,30%,26%.Conclusion The effect of late course accelerated hyperfraction radiation was better than that of conventional fraction radiation.
