整合素α3β1在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达及意义

 目的 研究整合素α3β1在食管鳞状细胞癌（ESCC）中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测135例ESCC及 40例正常食管中整合素α3β1的表达。结果 在正常食管组织和ESCC中，整合素α3β1的阳性表达率分别为12.5%(5/40)、82.96%(112/135)，其差异有统计学意 义(P＜0.001)。整合素α3β1的表达与ESCC的TNM分期、肿瘤浸润深度和局部淋巴结转移呈正相关。结论 整合素α3β1表达上调能促进ESCC细胞的侵袭和转移。整合素α3β1的表达可应用于临床，作为评估ESCC恶性程度 和预测患者预后等的有力指标。

Expression and Significance of Integrin α3β1 Expression in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Objective To study the correlation between expression of integrin α3β1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)and clinicopathologic conditions.Methods Immunohistochemical assay was used to determine the expression of integrin α3β1 in ESCC(135 cases),normal esophagus tissues(40 cases).Results In ESCC,the positive rate of integrin expression was significant higher(82.96%,112/135) than that in normal esophagus tissues(12.5%,5/40)(P<0.001).The expression of integrin α3β1 was correlated to TNM stages,depth of tumor invasion and regional lymph node metastasis.Conclusion The up-regulation of integrin α3β1 in ESCC promoted invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.The expressions of integrin α3β1 could be applied as a cogent indicator clinically to assess the malignant grade of ESCC,and predict prognoses of the patients.
