| 摘 要： | 肿瘤介入治疗中应注意的问题：首先是根据肿瘤供血动脉内灌注化疗与栓塞治疗的利弊合理使用；其次应结合应用血管内灌注化疗栓塞与经皮穿刺瘤内注射酒精；再是各种管腔内支架植入后应配以动脉内灌注化疗；并应注意介入治疗新技术的开发应用；以及强调以肿瘤介入治疗为主的综合治疗。

| Abstract: | Several problems should be paid attention to in the interventional therapy for tumor.At first,to make reasonable application based on the advantages and disadvantages of transcatheter arterial infusion(TAI)and/or transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE).The second,to combine TAI/THE with percutaneous ethanol injection(PEI)for tumor treatment.Finally,it was also to explore and dispread new interventional techniques.The interventional therapy is important procedure in comprehensive treatment for tumor. |
