乳腺癌内分泌治疗研究进展

乳腺癌发病率呈逐年上升的趋势,已跃居女性恶性肿瘤的首位。目前,超过半数的中国乳腺癌患者都表现为激素受体阳性,对这类患者而言,内分泌治疗是降低复发和转移风险最有效的手段之一。文章就近年来乳腺癌内分泌治疗临床研究进展作一综述,期望能给临床治疗的应用带来启发并获益。

Research Progress in Endocrine Treatment for Women with Breast Cancer

The incidence of breast cancer has been increasing in recent years.It ranks the first place in female malignancies. At present more than half of breast cancer patients are hormone receptor positive. Endocrine therapy is one of the most effective means to reduce the risk of recurrence and metastasis for these patients. The clinical research advances in endocrine treatment are reviewed expecting to result in clinical benefits and more cost-effective treatment strategies.
