目标管理路径对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后康复的影响

目的 探究目标管理路径对腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后康复的影响.方法 回顾性分析94例行腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者的临床资料,根据护理方案的不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各47例,观察组患者接受实施目标管理路径后的护理方案,对照组患者接受常规护理方案,比较两组患者的术后康复情况、不良反应发生情况及生活质量评分等指标.结果 观察组患者的半流质饮食时间、肛门排气时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);观察组患者腹胀、切口渗血的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).观察组患者术后5 d的QOL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).结论 目标管理路径护理方案可提高行腹腔镜胃癌根治术后患者的康复速度及生活质量,降低患者术后并发症的发生率,缩短患者住院时间,对促进患者术后康复具有积极意义.

The effect of target management pathways on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

Objective To explore the effect of target management on postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergo-ing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy. Method 94 cases of patients who received laparoscopic radical gastrectomy were assigned into study group and control group according to the nursing program, with 47 cases in each;the patients in study and control group were given target management pathways after routine nursing regimen and routine nursing regimen, re-spectively. The postoperative rehabilitation, adverse reactions, quality of life scores and other indicators were detected and compared. Result The semi-fluid diet time, anal exhaust time, first defecation time and hospitalization time of study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of bloating, incision bleeding in study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The scores of QOL of the two groups in 5 days after surgery were significantly increased as compared with that before surgery, with statistical significant differences observed (P<0.05). Conclusion The target management pathways for nursing can significantly improve the recovery rate and quality of life of patients after radical laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, reducing the incidence of postoperative complica-tions, shortening the hospital stay, suggesting a positive effect for the rehabilitation process after surgery.
