难治性妇科肿瘤术前介入化疗与静脉化疗比较

目的:探讨用术前介入治疗难治性妇科恶性肿瘤的方法及疗效观察.方法:对57例病人共进行127次介入治疗,并进行疗效、化疗副反应及并发症的观察及评定,并与对照组静脉化疗33例比较.结果:术前介入治疗对阴道出血、排液等症状缓解率达88.6%,近期有效率(肿瘤消退率)达69%,都不同程度地有助于进行手术治疗(彻底手术或再次肿瘤细胞减灭术),中位生存期达29月,且副反应较轻,优于对照组.结论:介入化疗是一种增加妇科肿瘤手术切除率、提高疗效及生存质量的有效方法.

Presurgical interventional chemotherapy for hard - cured gynecological malignancies

Objective: To evaluate the application of presurgical interventional chemotherapy in thepatients with hard - cured gynecological malignancies. Methods:57 cases were terated by presurgical interventional chemotherapy. The total times were 127. The therpeutic effects, side reactions and complications were analysed which was contrast to those treated by presurgical intravenous chemotherapy. Results: The symptom - relieve - rate and tumor - regression - rate were 88.6 % and 69 % respectively, while 69.7% and 51/5% in group of intravenous chemotherapy. Most of patients after interventional chemotherapy were treated next by surgery in different degrees. The median survival were 29 months and 22 months respectively in the two groups. Conclusions: Interventional chemotherapy is one of the effective motheds which can be used to raise resective rate, enhance therapeutic effectiveness and quality of life and prolong the life of the patients with gynecological malignancies.
