鼻咽癌患者癌症相关性乏力症状的临床研究

目的探讨癌症相关性乏力与鼻咽癌临床病理特征的关系。方法回顾性分析214例鼻咽癌患者的临床资料,并依据Chalder乏力评价量表判断患者的乏力程度,分析乏力程度与临床病理参数的相关性。结果 214例鼻咽癌患者中有136例发生不同程度乏力,发生率为63.5%。乏力发生情况与年龄有关(P<0.05),但与性别、肿瘤的分化程度均无关(P>0.05)。T1、T2、T3、T4期患者发生乏力的比例分别为52.9%、51.3%、72.5%和75.0%,随着T分期的增高,乏力发生的比例亦增高(P<0.05)。N1、N2、N3期患者发生乏力的比例分别为40.3%、75.4%和100.0%,随着N分期的增高,乏力发生的比例亦增高(P<0.05)。Ⅱ、Ⅲ、ⅤA区淋巴结转移患者发生乏力的比例为65.7%,略高于Ⅰ、Ⅳ、ⅤB、Ⅵ区淋巴结转移者的57.1%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。原发灶、颈部淋巴结放疗的疗效与乏力均无关。结论鼻咽癌的癌症相关性乏力与性别、肿瘤分化程度、高低危区域淋巴结转移和放疗疗效无关,而与年龄、T分期、N分期有关。

A clinical study of cancer-related fatigue syndrome in nasopharyngeal neoplasms
