| 摘 要： | 本文报道已有转移的肝癌(12例),淋巴瘤(8例)和卵巢癌(10例)患者的腹水在体外培养系统中对正常人NK细胞杀伤活性的抑制性影响.上述3种癌腹水(1:10稀释)可使正常人周血NK细胞杀伤活性分别下降(P<0.01～0.05).而且抑制性影响可因腹水浓度降低而减弱.3种癌腹水对同一正常人的NK活性抑制程度可显示明显差别.当腹水加有消炎痛(4μg/ml)或炎痛喜康(6μg/ml)可逆转腹水对正常人NK活性的抑制.癌性腹水中的淋巴细胞NK活性很低,消炎痛或炎痛喜康可在体外使NK活性明显提高.

| Abstract: | The ascitic fluids in patients with hepatoma (12 cases) , ovarian cancer (10 cases)and lymphoma(8 cases) appeared to have inhibitory effect on the cytotoxic ability of NK cells of the normal individual. This inhibitory effect could be decreased by reducing concentration of ascites. There was difference in the inhibitory action of ascites on NK cell cytotoxicity of the same normal person. Adding indo-methacin(4ug/ml)or piroxicam(6ug/ml)in the ascites it has been possible to increase NK cell cytotoxicity. The NK cell cytotoxicity from mononuclear cells in the ascites was very low,yet it could be raised to normal by indomethacin and piroxicarn activation. |
