2003～2007年中国肾及泌尿系统其他癌发病分析

目的]分析中国肾及泌尿系统其他癌的发病情况。方法]采用2003～2007年全国32个肿瘤登记地区的数据资料,分析不同地区、不同年龄段肾及泌尿系统其他癌的发病率,同时与世界184个国家和地区的发病情况进行比较。结果]全国肾及泌尿系统其他癌在全部恶性肿瘤发病构成中排列第12位,发病率为5.36/10万,其中男、女性发病率分别为6.58/10万、4.10/10万,城市、农村地区发病率分别为6.58/10万、1.18/10万。全国肾及泌尿系统其他癌的发病率从2003年的4.35/10万上升到2007年的6.21/10万。结论]中国肾及泌尿系统其他癌发病率呈上升趋势;与世界其他国家和地区相比低于全球和发达国家平均水平。

An Analysis of Incidence of Kidney Cancer and Unspecified Urinary Organs Cancer in China, 2003～2007

Purpose] To investigate the incidence of kidney cancer and unspecified urinary organs cancer in China. Methods] The incidence data from 32 cancer registries in China from 2003 to 2007 were enrolled in this analysis. Specified incidences by region, age and comparison of cancer incidences between China and other 184 countries in the same period were analyzed. Results] The incidence of kidney cancer and unspecified urinary organs cancer in China was 5.36/105(6.58/105 in male, 4.10/105 in female; 6.58/105 in urban, 1.18/105 in rural ),which was ranked the 12th in all cancer sites incidence. The incidence of kidney cancer and unspecified urinary organs cancer had been increasing from 4.35/105 in 2003 to 6.21/105 in 2007. Conclusion] The incidence of kidney cancer and unspecified urinary organs cancer shows an increasing trend. Comparing to other countries and areas, the incidence in China is lower than that with the average level of the world and the developed countries.
