2003~2007年中国前列腺癌发病与死亡分析

目的]分析中国肿瘤登记地区2003～2007年前列腺癌发病和死亡流行趋势.方法]利用2003～2007年中国32个肿瘤登记地区发病和死亡数据,分析前列腺癌发病率和死亡率及其构成、年龄别发病率和死亡率、中国人口标化率(中标率)和世界人口标化率(世标率)、发病及死亡顺位、发病及死亡变化趋势等,并与世界184个国家和地区的发病和死亡水平进行比较.结果] 2003～2007年中国前列腺癌发病率为8.60/10万,中标率为4.05/10万,世标率为5.91/10万；死亡率为3.29/10万,中标率为1.44/10万,世标率为2.30/10万.前列腺癌在全部癌症发病和死亡构成中分别占2.93％和1.56％,分别位列第7位和第12位.与世界184个国家和地区相比,2003～2007年中国登记地区前列腺癌发病率和死亡率均处于较低水平,但5年间其发病率和死亡率均呈明显上升趋势(P＜0.05).结论] 2003～2007年中国前列腺癌发病和死亡在世界上仍处于较低水平,但存在明显上升趋势,应加强对其预防和控制.

Analysis on Incidence and Mortality of Prostate Cancer in China During 2003~2007

Purpose] To investigate the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer in China cancer registries from 2003 to 2007.Methods] The incidence and death data from 32 cancer registries from 2003 to 2007 in China were collected.Crude incidence,crude mortality,age-specific incidence,age-specific mortality,age-standardized incidence,age-standardized mortality,rank of incidence cause and rank of death cause were calculated.The trend of incidence and mortality of prostate cancer between 2003 and 2007 were described.The incidence and mortality of prostate cancer in China during 2003 to 2007 were compared with those of 184 countries and areas in the world.Results] From 2003 to 2007,the crude incidence of prostate cancer in China was 8.60/105,China population standardized incidence was 4.05/105,world population standardized incidence was 5.91/105.The crude mortality was 3.29/105,China population standardized mortality was 1.44/105,world population standardized mortality was 2.30/105.Prostate cancer accounted for 2.93% and 1.56% of total cancer incidence and mortality,and ranked the 7th and 12th,respectively.Compared with other countries and areas in the world,the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer from 2003 to 2007 in China were lower than those in major countries and areas in the world.But the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer were increased rapidly between 2003 and 2007(P< 0.05).Conclusion] Although the incidence and mortality of prostate cancer are low from 2003 to 2007 in China,the incidence and mortality are significantly increased.Prevention and control of prostate cancer should be strengthened in China.
