| 摘 要： | 以幼兔带骺血供胫骨近端骨骺移植为模型，通过肉眼、Ｘ线、超微结构、组织学及图象处理，观察移植骨骺的生长过程。结果发现：带骺血供骨骺移植能够存活并继续生长，骺板结构正常，虽可造成短暂的生长障碍，但不造成骺板早闭，临床应用有一定可行性。

| Abstract: | Model of epiphsis transplantation withepiphseal blood supply were made in
the prox-imal tibia of immature rabbits.Its growthcourse was continuely observed by
gross,X-ray,ultrastructure,histomorphology and auto-matic image analyer.The results showed
thattransplanted epiphsis with epiphseal bloodsupply could be survival and continual growthas
well as with normal architecture. Althoughit might induce transient growth disorder,nosigns of
epiphseal preclosure were ultimatelyfound. The conclusion suggested that it wouldbe practical
in clinical. |
