| 摘 要： | 目的分析股骨干骨折术后膝关节僵硬的处理方式及效果。方法 2005年1月至2010年1月我科共治疗26例股骨干骨折术后膝关节僵硬患者,其中男16例,女10例;年龄18-62岁,平均38.6岁。中段骨折10例,下段骨折16例,给予手法及切开松解。观察术后并发症和疗效。结果术后随访6-36个月,平均16个月,按膝关节外科临床评分系统1]进行疗效评价,优14例,良9例,可2例,差1例,优良率88.5%。2次以上再手术发生率为11.5%。结论根据内固定及骨折愈合情况,选择合适的松解方法及术后功能康复,均可取得较满意的手术效果。
