冬眠疗法治疗重症胰腺炎的探讨

我科近十年以来，收治重症胰腺炎155例，全部经手术探查证实，所采取的本式是胰腺被膜切开减压及腹腔多管多孔引流，术后因处理方法不同，将其分为两组：A组94例术后采取一般常用的综合疗法，死亡38例，死亡率为40.4％；B组61例，术后处理除与A组相同者外·又配合了冬眠和大量输血支持治疗，死亡12例，死亡率19.7％。并就冬眠疗法治疗重症胰腺炎的机理进行了探讨。

Discussion on the mechanism of the Hibernation Treatment to treat Serious Acute Pancreatitis

Within recent 10 years, 155 cases of Serious Acute Pancreatitis (S. A. P. ) that all be diagnosed by operative exploration were admitted and treated in our department. The performed operation was to open the capsule of the pancrea to depress and drained by several tubes and holes from the abdominal cavity. According to the different treatment after operation, we divided these cases into two groups.Group A: 94 cases were treated by combined treatment after operation. The resu1t was that 38 cases died.The mortality was 40. 4 %. Group B: 61 cases were treated by hibernation and blood transfusion in large amounts besides the combined treatment after operation. The result was that 12 cases died. The mortality was 19. 7 %. The author has made a discussion on the mechanism of the Hibernation Treatment to treat S. A. P.
