基于中医体质学说探讨中医药防治骨质疏松症的作用及现状

骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是中老年人常见的代谢性骨病,随着近年来人口老龄化问题加剧,其已逐渐成为全球关注的公共健康问题,高发病率及复杂的并发症造成严重的社会经济问题。中医药治疗OP已逐渐成重要手段,既往研究表明中医药在改善患者临床症状及改善骨代谢方面作用明显,中医药治疗方案多样及安全性高等使得其在临床上被广大患者所接受,对于提高临床治疗效果、患者生活质量及降低发病率发挥了积极作用。研究发现,中医体质与OP的发病、治疗及预防相关密切,依据现代医学发展研究方向,从中医体质角度出发,探索中医体质与OP发病的关系,为中医药治疗OP提供新的思路,有助于进一步提高中医药防治OP的水平及发挥其独特优势。

Exploring the effect and significance of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis based on TCM constitution theory

Osteoporosis (OP) is a common metabolic bone disease in middle-aged and elderly people. With the prominent population ageing problem in recent years, it has gradually become a global public health concern, with high incidence and serious complications, and serious social and economic problems. Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of OP has gradually become an important means. Previous studies have shown that Chinese medicine plays an important role in improving patients'' clinical symptoms and improving bone metabolism. The diversity and safety of traditional Chinese medicine made it clinically accepted by a wide range of patients, and it has played a positive role in improving clinical treatment, quality of life and reducing morbidity. Studies have found that TCM constitution is closely related to the pathogenesis, treatment and prevention of OP. According to the research direction of modern medical development, from the perspective of TCM constitution, exploring the relationship between TCM constitution and OP pathogenesis could provide new ideas for TCM treatment of OP, thus help to further improve the level of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of OP, and give full play to its unique advantages.
