摘    要:目的建立基于中国可视化人体的男性盆腔的三维可视化模型。方法应用中国第一例男性数字化人体盆腔部分数据集,在计算机上的AMIRA软件平台上对男性盆腔进行三维可视化观察研究。结果建立了男性盆腔的三维可视化模型,该模型可以清楚显示盆腔内部脏器的解剖结构和毗邻关系,可进行任意平面的虚拟切割并清晰显示切割面的断面解剖。结论男性盆腔的三维可视化模型为人体解剖学教学、临床泌尿外科、影像诊断学提供形态学参考,为后期的虚拟手术奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective To build three-dimensional visible model of the male pelvic cavity from the Chinese visible human data set. Methods Cross-sectional images of male pelvic cavity from the first Chinese visible human data set were selected and three-dimensional visualized via AMIRA software in personal computer. Results Three-dimensional visible model were constructed successfully. This model perfectly showed the intrapelvic organs and their spacial relationship and could be virtually dissected at any plane, clearly displaying the cross-sectional anatomy. Conclusion This three-dimensional visible model of male pelvic cavity can bring morphological reference to human anatomy teaching, urology and image diagnosis, and will be helpful to the development of virtual operation.
