经皮椎体成形术与经皮后凸成形术治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折

目的探讨经皮椎体成形术（percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP）及经皮后凸成形术（percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP）治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析行PVP或PKP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎骨折的患者38例,共54个节段,临床均表现为腰背部痛,且无神经症状及体征。其中33个节段采用PKP治疗,21个节段采用PVP治疗。结果术后1个月门诊随访患者疼痛视觉模拟量表（visual analogue scale,VAS）与活动能力评分均较术前明显改善,未发生骨水泥渗漏及神经受损等症状。术后3个月复查未见椎体压缩。结论应用PVP或PKP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折应用PVP或PKP可有效缓解疼痛,恢复椎体高度。

Percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty for thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture

Objective To investigate clinical curative effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP）and percutaneous kyphoplasty（PKP） for the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Methods A total of 38 vertebral compression fractures cases（54 segments） treated with PVP and PKP were analyzed retrospectively.Clinical appearances were back pain without nervous symptoms and signs.PKP was used in 33 segments,PVP was used in 21 segments.Results Compared with preoperation,the visual analogue scale（VAS） and locomotor activity scores were improved obviously.No bone cement leakage or nervous system injury was found postoperatively.No vertebral compression was found at 3 months follow-up.Conclusion PVP and PKP for the treatment of osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fracture can relieve the pain and partly restore the vertebral height.
