| 摘 要： | 目的探讨创伤性膈肌破裂的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法对收治的86例创伤性膈肌破裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 86例创伤性膈肌破裂患者中治愈80例,死亡6例。结论对创伤性膈肌破裂患者必须早期诊断,及时手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the eariy diagnosis and treatment of traumatic diaphragma rupture. Methods Retrospecting and analysing the clinical data of 86 patients with traumatic diaphragma rupture. Results Among 86 cases of traumatic diaphragma rupture patients, 80 cases were cured,6 cases were dead. Conclusion Early diagnosis and timeiy operation is important to patients with traumatic diaphragma rupture. |
