人工鼻在人工气道患者中的应用与护理

目的探讨气管切开及气管插管行人工通气患者应用人工鼻进行气道湿化的效果。方法76例行人工气道患者随机分为人工鼻组和调速器泵入湿化组,观察对比两组病人刺激性咳嗽、痰液粘稠度、心率和护理时数等指标。结果应用人工鼻进行气道湿化较调速器泵入湿化能减少患者刺激性咳嗽、降低痰液粘稠度;在减慢心率上分别经过方差分析,P<0.05,两组差异有统计学意义。减少护理时数上两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论人工鼻应用于气管切开及气管插管患者进行气道管理,达到理想的加温湿化效果,并具有过滤功能,值得临床广泛应用。

Application and nursing of artificial nose in artificial airway
