| 摘 要： | 组蛋白乙酰化修饰是真核细胞基因表达的一种重要调控方式,组蛋白去乙酰化酶作为组蛋白去乙酰化的关键调节酶,在包括肝癌在内的许多恶性肿瘤中表达水平增高,为肝癌等实体肿瘤的治疗提供了新的作用靶点.本文就组蛋白去乙酰化酶的分类、作用机制、在肝癌中的表达及其抑制剂的调控作用作一综述.

| Abstract: | Histone acetylation and deacetylation is an important regulatory way of gene expression in eukaryotic cells. As a key regulatory enzyme, histone deacetylase is overexpressed in many malignant tumors, including hepa- tocellular carcinoma. In addition, it has been suggested to be a potential therapeutic target for solid tumors. In this study, we review the classification, mechanisms, as well as the expression and regulation of histone deactylases in hepatocelhlar carcinoma. |
