选择性痔切除完全缝合术的效果观察

为探讨选择性痔切除完全缝合术的效果，随机将120例1～2个痔核的患者按入院顺序分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组痔切除创面用4-0肠线完全缝合，术后不换药，第8～10天拆线；对照组内痔创面用4-0肠线缝合，外痔创面开放，术后换药至创面痊愈。结果显示，治疗组患者术后肛门疼痛轻微，住院时间平均（11．2±2．2）d，创面愈合时间平均（12．3±3．1）d；对照组患者术后肛门为中度或重度疼痛，住院时间平均（15．1±2．3）d，创面愈合时间平均（27．1±3．3）d，术后外痔创面出血3例。结果表明，选择性痔切除完全缝合术效果好，能明显减轻术后肛门疼痛，加快创面愈合，缩短住院时间，有效防止术后出血。

Observation on the Efficacy of Selected Resection and Complete Suture for Hemorrhoids

In order to explore the efficacy of selected resection and complete suture for hemorrhoids,author＇s hospital randomly divided the 120 patients with 1 or 2 hemorrhoid mass into two groups according to their admitted orders,60 cases for eachin treatment group the resection wound-surface was sutured with 4-0 catgut,without postoperative dressing exchange,on the 8 to 10th day after operation the stitch was re- moved ; while,in control group, the wound-surface of internal hemorrhoids was sutured with 4-0 catgut, but the wound-surface of external hemorrhoids was exposed, with sustained dressing exchange up to wound cured.As results,in treatment group after operation pain of anus was mild,average hospitalization time was 11.2±2.2 days,average time for wound-surface healing was 12.3±3.1days;while,in control group after op- eration pain was middle or severe,average hospitalization time was 15.1±2.3 days,average time for wound- surface healing was 27.1±3.3days, and 3 cases suffered from bleeding from external hemorrhoid wound. Results show that selected resection and complete suture for hemorrhoids has better effect, can significantly reduce pain of anus after operation, fasting wound healing, shorten hospitalization time, and effectively prevent from postoperative bleeding.
