综合护理干预对腹股沟疝手术患儿依从性及术后并发症的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预对腹股沟疝手术患儿治疗依从性及术后并发症发生率的影响。 方法选择2017年1月至2021年12月于宣城市中心医院手术治疗的96例疝患儿的临床资料，随机分为常规组和综合组，每组48例。常规组患儿采用常规围手术期护理模式干预，综合组患儿采用综合护理模式干预。对比2组患儿的心理状态水平、治疗依从性情况、术后并发症情况以及家长满意度情况。 结果2组患儿护理后的汉密尔顿焦虑自评量表、儿童抑郁量表水平均有所下降，且综合组低于常规组（P<0.05）；综合组患儿的治疗依从率显著优于常规组（P<0.05）；综合组患儿的术后并发症发生率显著低于常规组（P<0.05）；综合组的家长满意度显著优于常规组（P<0.05）。 结论综合护理干预可有效提高疝手术患儿的治疗依从性，改善患儿内心的负面情绪，提高患儿家长对治疗以及护理服务的满意度。

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on compliance and postoperative complications in children undergoing inguinal hernia surgery

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and postoperative complication rate in children undergoing inguinal hernia surgery. MethodsThe clinical data of 96 children with hernia who underwent surgical treatment in Xuancheng Central Hospital from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected and randomly divided into conventional group and comprehensive group, with 48 cases in each group. Children in the conventional group received conventional perioperative nursing mode intervention, and children in the comprehensive group received the comprehensive nursing mode intervention. The psychological status, treatment compliance, postoperative complications and parents' satisfaction were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe levels of Hamilton Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Children's Depression Scale in the two groups decreased after nursing, and were lower in the comprehensive group than those in the conventional group (P<0.05). The treatment compliance rate of the comprehensive group was significantly better than the conventional group (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the comprehensive group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). The parents' satisfaction of the comprehensive group was significantly better than that in the conventional group (P<0.05). ConclusionComprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance of children with hernia surgery, improve the inner negative emotions of children, and improve parents' satisfaction with treatment and nursing services.
