| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨腹腔镜治疗输尿管息肉的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析2008年6月至2010年6月采用腹腔镜技术治疗7例输尿管息肉患者的治疗过程.所有患者进行B超、CTU、膀胱镜及逆行造影检查.除1例于外院确诊患者,2例CTU诊断为肾盂输尿管连接部(UPJ)狭窄,其余4例患者均行输尿管镜检查.2例UPJ狭窄患者术中发现输尿管息肉...

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the effect of transperitoneal laparoscopy on treatment of ureter polyp. Methods Seven ureter polyp cases trented with laparoscopy were involved in this retrospective analysis. All cases were examined with ultrasound, CTU, cystoscope and retrograde pyelography. Two cases combined with ureteropelvic junction obstruction (UPJO), 1 case was diagnosed extramurally, and the other 4 cases were examined by ureteroscope. Three cases underwent laparoscopic partial ureterectomy and laparoscopic pyeloplasty, and the other 4 cases were treated with laparoscopic partial ureterectomy and ureter anastomosis. Results All operations were successful with no hemorrhage,infection and leakage of urine occurred. Lumbago in all patients disappeared after removing the Double-J stent. Postoperative pathological analysis indicated fibroepithelial polyp. Conclusions Transpeitoneal laparoscopy is an effective and minimal invasive method in dealing with ureter polyp. |
