精囊腺平滑肌瘤1例报告并文献复习

目的:探讨精囊腺平滑肌瘤的病理及临床特征,提高对该病的认识和诊治水平。方法:回顾性分析1例精囊腺平滑肌瘤的诊治资料并复习有关文献。结果:患者行B超探查到膀胱下方前列腺背侧存在一混合的回声肿块,CT发现左侧精囊腺区一囊实性团块病灶。术前血清肿瘤标志物PSA、CEA、CA125、CA199、SCC和AFP检查均无异常。手术完整切除肿瘤后病理诊断为左侧精囊腺平滑肌瘤。患者术后恢复良好。结论:精囊腺平滑肌瘤是一种罕见的泌尿生殖系良性肿瘤,临床表现无特异性,平滑肌瘤的组织学特点和免疫组织化学标记物SMA(+)是诊断该病的主要依据,需与平滑肌肉瘤和间质瘤鉴别;治疗以手术完整切除为主要方式;预后良好,一般无复发。

Leiomyoma of the seminal vesicle:Rport of a case and review of the literatures

Objective:To study the pathological characteristics and clinical features of leiomyoma of the seminal vesicle and to improve the diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 1 case of leiomyoma of the seminal vesicle were described,and then reviewed the related literature.Results:The patient was found a tumour with composite resonance which below the bladder and dorsiprostate by the B ultrasound;A cystic-solid mass was discovered in the left area of seminal vesicle through CT,and no intumescent lymphaden was found in cavitas pelvis.His tumor markers in blood-serum: PSA,CEA,CA125,CA199,SCC and AFP were all normal.At last,the tumor was diagnosised as Leiomyoma of the Seminal Vesicle after complete ablating.The patient recovered quickly after operation.Conclusions:Leiomyoma of the Seminal Vesicle is a scarce benign tumor of uropoiesis and reproductive system,and the clinical situation has no specificity.The diagnosis of this disease was depended on the histological characteristic and the immunohistochemistry marker primally,and needs to differential diagnosis with leiomyosarcoma and interstitialoma.Complete ablating by operation was the main treatment,and the prognosis was well and no recurrence commonly.
