肛门直肠间质瘤治疗体会(附12例报告)

目的探讨肛门直肠间质瘤的诊断和治疗。方法回顾性分析我院2008年至2013年收治的12例间质瘤患者的临床资料。结果 12例其中男5例,女7例。年龄40~84岁,平均53.33±13.44岁。肿瘤大小在1~5cm之间,平均2.0±1.37cm。其中高危3(25%)例,中危4(33.3%)例,极低危5(41.6%)例。病理核分裂象5/50HP为7例。CD117阳性10(91.67%)例,CD34阳性8(75%)例。目前患者均存活,随访时间27.75±15.21个月,复发4(33.33%)例。结论对肛门直肠间质瘤应进行规范化的诊断和治疗,尽量减少复发。

The Treatment Experience of Anorectal Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumors

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore the diagnosis and treatment of anorectal gas- trointestinal stromal tumors GIST）. Methods We retrospectively reviewed cases treated and diagnosised at our hospital in the period from 2008 to 2013. Results Twelve patients were identified （five men and seven women; mean age, 53.33±13.44 years）. Tumor size was 1-5 cm （2.0±1.37cm）. Three cases （25%） were high risk, four cases（33. 3%）were intermediate risk and five cases（41.6%） were very low risk. The mitosis of seven cases were 〉5/50 H P. Ten cases 191.67%） were CDll7 positive, and eight cases75%） were CD 34 positive. Twelve patients underwent local excision operation. The average follow-up time was 27. 75±15.21 months. Recurrence occurred in 4 （33. 33%）, including two patients with relapse in the outer court after operation. Conclusion This uncommon suhset of GISTs needs more standardized oncologi- cal surgical approach to minimize the propensity for local disease recurrence.
