| 摘 要： | 目的 评价负压吸引球在高位肛周脓肿根治术后的应用效果.方法 随机分组,治疗组40例,采用负压吸引球引流;对照组40例,采用生理盐水纱条引流,就一次治愈率、愈合时间及住院天数进行对比分析.结果 肛周脓肿根治术后应用负压吸引球提高了愈合率,加快切口愈合,缩短住院时间.结论 负压吸引球操作简便,安全可靠,是高位肛周脓肿根治术后引流有效的方法之一.
