不同冲洗液对根管超声冲洗效果的实验研究

目的：探讨不同冲洗液对根管超声冲洗效果的影响。方法：选择单根管离体牙68颗，随机分为4组，每组17颗，常规根管预备后进行超声冲洗，A组：0．5％次氯酸钠、B组：3％双氧水、C组：1％氯亚明、D组：0．5％次氯酸钠和0．2％氯己定混合液，其中每组12颗超声冲洗后根管充填，并测量根尖微渗漏长度；每组剩余5颗电镜扫描观察。结果：根尖微渗漏D组与A、B、C组比较有显著差异（P〈0．05），A、B、C三组组间无统计学意义；电镜扫描观察根中1／3牙本质小管口打开数目，D组优于A、B、c组（P〈0．05）。结论：0．5％次氯酸钠和0．2％氯己定混合液配合超声能获得好的冲洗效果。

Cleaning Effects of Different Irrigation Solutions on the Root Canal with Ultrasonic Instrumentation.
