颌下腺肿瘤手术中保留部分腺体的 临床意义

目的：探讨颌下腺部分切除术在颌下腺良性肿瘤外科治疗中的价值。方法：52例颌下腺良性肿瘤患者，随机平均分为两组，A组和B组。A组接受肿瘤＋瘤周部分颌下腺腺体切除术（颌下腺部分切除术），B组为对照组，接受常规肿瘤＋颌下腺切除术。术后观察两组切口愈合及面神经下颌缘支、舌神经、舌下神经损伤情况，随访评价涎瘘发生率、肿瘤复发率及术区凹陷度，进行两组的对照分析。结果：两组术后切口均I／甲愈合，涎瘘发生率及肿瘤复发率差异无统计学意义。结论：颌下腺部分切除术保留了部分颌下腺组织，从而最大限度地保留了颌下腺的外分泌及内分泌功能。
