全口义齿修复病人的健康教育

摘    要:目的:通过健康教育,使患对全口义齿的质量,功能,感觉有客观评价,在治疗过程中能主动配合,镶配义齿后能尽快适应,提高患满意程度,避免医患间的分歧和摩擦。方法:根据患接受治疗的不同阶段,采取相应的健康教育计划,包括(1)初诊时对患的健康宣教;(2)治疗过程中对患的指导;(3)义齿初戴时有关健康知识教育等。结果:接受健康教育的48例病人均取得了良好效果。结论:通过科学有效的健康宣教,缩短了病人对义齿的适应过程,提高了满意程度,增进了医患间的和谐。

Abstract:Objective: To make patients with complete denture restorations objective value the quality, function and sensation of the dentures by health education, to make patients accommodate and satisfy to the denture intervene actively as well as quickly, to avoid or lessen the dissension and difference between patients and doctors. Methods: According to various steps of treatment, we adopted education policy as including (1) health education at the initial outdoor time. (2) health guide during the treatment time. (3) the relative knowledge and direction of complete denture at the try-in time. Result: 48 cases of patients with complete denture prosthesis acquired good results by the above methods. Conclusion: Scientifical and effective health education can promoth the patients with satisfying degree, lessen the accommodate time, and close the relationships between patients and doctors.
