髁突骨折治疗的临床分析

目的:探讨髁突骨折保守或手术两种治疗方法的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2002—2009年我院收治,并按时复诊的48例(53侧)髁突骨折患者的临床资料,其中保守治疗31例(34侧),手术治疗17例(19侧),1年后复诊检查记录患者的面型、开口度、开口型,下颌运动、咬合关系以及颞下颌关节功能情况,进行疗效评价,行统计学处理。结果:髁突骨折的两种治疗方法总体疗效均能令人满意,经SPSS 11.0统计处理,P>0.05,无统计学意义结论:髁突骨折治疗的两种方法各有优缺点和适应证,在选择治疗方法时应综合考虑,尽可能恢复患者的咀嚼功能和面部外形,减少后遗症的发生。

Clinical Analysis on the Treatment of Condylar Fractures

Objective：To summarize the clinical effectiveness of conservative and surgical treatment of condylar fracture. Methods：48 cases with 53 condylar fractures（31 cases with nonsurgical,17 cases with surgical treatment） were analyzed retrospectively.We calculated the facial type,width of mouth opening,pattern of mouth opening,mandibular movement. occlusal relationship and temporomandibular joint function for one year to evaluate the effectiveness.SPSS 11.0 stastical package were used for data analysis.Results：The effects were satisfactory in all cases,and there was no statistical significance between the two different treatments（P0.05）.Conclusions：Every treatment of condylar fracture has its own advantages,disadvantages and indications.For rehabilitating the function and configuration,suitable treatment should be chosen individually.
