腭裂修复术松弛切口三种处理方法的疗效对比观察

目的:研究腭裂修复术松弛切口裸露疗法、填塞碘仿纱条与术后松弛切口内放置生物蛋白胶三种方法对腭裂患者的影响。方法：选择我科近三年来300例腭裂患者为研究对象，分为3组。A组，松弛切口直接暴露于口腔；B组，松弛切口内放碘仿纱条；C组；松弛切口内放置生物蛋白胶。观察术后创口出血、体温、创口愈合等临床指标，并进行统计学分析。结果：统计学分析证实A、C组各项指标均无统汁学差异，A、C组与B组在术后出血和伤口愈合方面无显著性差异，在术后体温变化方面差异有显著性。结论：腭裂修复术裸露疗法与填塞碘仿纱条和放置生物蛋白胶比较具有相同的疗效，并且简单方便，值得推广。

The Observation of Different Mangement of Relaxion Incision in Palatoplasty

Objective: To study the different management of relaxion incision in palatoplasty Methods: 300 cases were divided into 3 groups: 106 patients using nothing in relaxion incision as group A, 98 patients using iodoform gauze as group B, and 96 patients using fibrin glue as group C. The temperature, henosis, and hemorrhage were observed and analyzed. Results: There is no significent difference between the three groups beside the temperature. Conclusion: Compared with the two methods the relaxion incision without lodoform gauze or fibrin glue is safe and simple.
