摘    要:目的 制备CPC与杜仲叶水溶性提取物的复合载体,并对其理化特性及体外活性进行检测与分析.方法 采用浸提法制备磷酸钙骨水泥生理盐水和培养液浸提液;扫描电镜观察内部孔隙结构;抗压强度测定等:细胞增值实验检查其成骨活性;倒置相差显微镜观察材料周围细胞生长情况;结果本研究证实杜仲叶提取物的有效成分对成骨细胞的增殖具有明显的促进作用.结论 CPC承载杜仲叶提取物后固化时间和抗压强度、pH值变化不明显;XRD和FTIR检测结果提示杜仲的载入并不干扰CPC的理化特性,是成骨载体中理想的药物选择:CPC/杜仲叶提取物复合材料具有显著促进成骨细胞增殖的作用.
