| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一侧上颌骨缺损患者赝复体修复后的咀嚼效率。方法以15名因一侧上颌骨缺损制作上颌中空式永久性赝复体修复的患者为研究对象。采用吸光光度法测定赝复体戴入前后的咀嚼效率。结果赝复体戴入前咀嚼效率平均值为0.340 abs,戴入后咀嚼效率（0.492 abs）明显提高,同戴入前相比差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论赝复体修复一侧上颌骨缺损显著提高患者的咀嚼效率。
