摘    要:目的:研究不同偶联剂结合不同瓷表面粗化处理对V ita VMK95瓷黏结强度的影响趋势。方法:瓷片按偶联剂分为3大组,每大组再按瓷表面粗化方式分为6小组。每组分别与树脂黏结,测剪切强度,统计分析所得数据。结果:三种偶联剂结合6种表面粗化方式处理后,瓷与树脂的黏结强度都以喷砂后用氢氟酸处理组最高,单纯偶联剂处理组最低。结论:三种偶联剂与不同瓷表面粗化处理组合对V ita VMK95瓷与树脂的黏结强度影响趋势是一致的,都以喷砂后氢氟酸处理组最高。

Abstract:AIM:This study evaluated the effects of various silane coupling agents combined with ceramic surface rouging treatments on the shear bond strength of resin to Vita VMK95 ceramic material.METHODS:All discs of Vita VMK95 porcelain were randomly divided into 3 main groups according to silane coupling agents.Each group was subdivided into 6 subgroups for the application of 1 of 6 surface roughing treatments.Then all discs were cemented with composite resin.All cemented specimens were tested under shear loading until fracture on a universal testing machine.Data were analyzed with 3-way analysis of variance(P<0.05).RESULTS:Sandblasting followed by hydrofluoric acid-etching produced the highest bond strength.Sanding with 1000-grit silicon carbide paper produced the lowest bond strength.CONCLUSION:Within the limitations of this study,the effects of various silane coupling agents combined with ceramic surface rouging treatments on the shear bond strength of resin to Vita VMK95 ceramic material have the same trend.
