| 摘 要： | 牙周炎是以牙周组织炎症和牙槽骨破坏为主要特征的慢性炎症性破坏性疾病。近来研究发现Th17细胞存在于牙周炎的病变牙周组织中，提示Th17细胞参与牙周炎的发病过程。本文就Th17细胞在牙周炎发病中的作用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Periodontitis is a chronic inflammatory disease characterized by periodontal tissue inflammation and alveolar bone destruction. Researchers have detected Th17 cells at different stages of periodontitis,suggesting that Th17 cells participate in the progress of periodontitis. This article reviews the role of Th17 cells in the development of periodontitis. |
