| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨口腔粘膜鳞状细胞癌行顺铂诱导化疗前后端粒酶活性的表达和动态改变。方法 :施行高剂量顺铂为主的ＰＶＰ诱导化疗方案 ;与化疗前后分别获取实验标本 ,离体 3 0ｍｉｎ内置 80℃冻存 ;采用ＰＣＲ -ＥＬＩＳＡ方法测定端粒酶活性。结果 :诱导化疗总有效率为 85 1 8%(2 3 / 2 7)。顺铂化疗前后的端粒酶活性阳性率有显著性差异 , (ｐ <0 0 5)。结论 :顺铂可以通过抑制端粒酶活性来抑制癌细胞的过度增殖 ,其作用机制和顺铂抗癌药理作用于ＤＮＡ交叉链有关。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the change of telomerase activity in oral squamous cell carcinoma before and after DDP induced chemotherapy.WT5”FZ]Methods:WT5”BZ]Induced chemotherapy of large dose PVP formula was applied and the activity of telomerase determined by PCR ELISA.WT5”FZ]Results:WT5”BZ] The total effective rate of chemotherapy was 58.18%(23/27) and the activity of telomerase significantly depressed(WT5”BX]pWT5”BZ]<0 05).WT5”FZ]Conclusion:WT5”BZ]The anticarcinoma effect of DDP may be achieved by depressing the activity of telomerase.The possible mechanism of DDP is to act on the mutual chains of DNA of tumor tissue. |
