腭裂松弛切口二种不同处理方法的临床研究

目的 研究腭裂松弛切口填塞碘仿纱条（I）和不填塞碘仿纱条（NI）两种不同处理方法 对患者术后的影响。方法 共72例病人,填塞碘仿纱条组39例,不填塞组33例。临床观察两组患者术后的体温、体重变化、创口愈合情况、饮食情况以及并发症的情况。结果 填塞碘仿纱条组术后体温明显高于不填塞组且持续低热时间长,P<0.001;体重平均下降率明显高于不填塞组,P<0.001;创口愈合时间亦迟于不填塞组;恢复正常饮食时间长;两组均未见创口出血、穿孔等并发症。结论 　腭裂松弛切口内不填塞碘仿纱条明显有利于患者术后的康复。

The Clinical Comparison with Two Managements of the Relief Incision in Palatoplasty

Objective To Study the wound healing process with or without iodoform gauze in palatoplasty.Methods Seventy-two patients were observed,in which 39 with iodoform and 33 without iodoform, the temperature, the body weight loss, the wound healing and the diet were observed and the complication recorded. Results The lower fever in group 1 were little high and longer. The body weight loss were obvious. The wound healing were delayed in group 1. No complication such as hemorrhage and fistula were recorded in two groups. Conclusion The relief incision without the iodoform gauze in palatoplasty is beneficial to the patients.
