| 摘 要： | 目的报告2例唾液腺罕见纤维肉瘤。方法对2例唾液腺纤维肉瘤患者的病史、诊断、治疗、病理特征与预后,进行报告与分析。结果原发于腮腺1例术后4周化疗,随访至今仍存活。原发于颌下腺1例术后4月死亡。结论纤维肉瘤极少发生于唾液腺,但恶性程度较高,应提高警惕。

| Abstract: | Objective To report 2 cases of patients with fibrosarcoma in salivary glands in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatments of the disease.Methods We discussed the clinical and pathological features,the diagnosis and treatments of the disease.1 case of primary fibrocarsoma came from parotid,and the other came from glandula angularis.Results Case 1 underwent radiotherapy 4 weeks after operation and is still alive now;the other died after 4 months after the operation.Conclusion Fibrosarcoma is rare... |
